2. Log on to your secure user area and make a note of the contacts you want to receive your message

3. Using our easy to follow guides, upload a video message which will be securely stored until the time comes.  You will also have the chance to store other important files and documents if you wish.

If we are able to make contact we will do so and ask you to update your records.  If not we would then contact them again to sensitively advise them that you left a message for them.

Of course, you may elect to (and we advise that you) keep a record of your username and password with other important documents like your will and insurance policies.  That way you can be sure that you will spare your loved ones from any unexpected shocks.

Every 3 months we will send you an email to confirm that we have your latest details.  You simply bounce back a reply confirming that you are still online.
If we don't get a reply we will try to contact you using any other email addresses or telephone numbers you have supplied.  If we are not successful we will then approach your nominated contacts with the following message:
