A True Story

Everytime Grandma finished reading a story to Naomi, she showed her her diamond engagement ring and told her "One day little princess, this will be yours".

When Naomi was 18, Grandma was dignosed with Mesothelioma.  She became progressively more ill until she could no longer stay at home.  Before she went into hospital for the last time she hid her diamond ring somewhere in her flat "...to keep it safe".

In her will she left the ring to Naomi as she had promised but despite endless searches it was never found.
